Set up a list you will both use

- Choose a responsible person together. Agree on what finishing the task includes.
- Add a date or schedule when it matters. Set recurrence for regular tasks and rotation if you want to alternate.
- Choose a reminder time and allow phone notifications.
- Mark the task complete. The other person can see it without a separate status message.
A short list for a busy day
For example, your list might contain a grocery pickup assigned to one person, laundry assigned to the other, and a weekend clean-up assigned to both. Each person can check their responsibilities before starting the day.
When the groceries are home, mark the Activity done. A thank-you can be a heart, note or meme. The update and the appreciation stay with the task.
Shared list, calendar or general task app?
